Michael & Danielle
Founders
 Michael & Danielle Escobedo founded the Escobedo Team in the summer of 2016. They have 3 children that have grown up in the real estate field. Michael started his career early on in Culinary, cooking and managing the restaurant field. Danielle started her career in Supply Chain Management and Logistics with Amazon.com. After 9 plus years, their long term goal was to run a family business and they could not think of anything better than a career in Real Estate.

They quickly found AZ & Associates Real Estate Group and have grown substantially as spouses, parents and business owners. The Escobedo Team has now grown to a team of 13 with a solid support staff. The Escobedo Team had their grand opening of their own office in Goodyear in 2021, allowing them to flourish as a satellite office. They were presented with Rookie of the Year Awards from both their brokerage and NAHREP, President's Roundtable Award from WEMAR and ranked amongst the top 1% of all realtors' in the state of Arizona. Their main goal is to train their realtors with the same roadmap they followed, while removing the barriers realtors normally face at the beginning of their career.
